Your dreams are personal. So is your data. Here's exactly what we collect, why we collect it, and what we'll never do with it — written in words a human being can actually read.
This website, lloyd-k.com, and the Dream Materia brand (including Dream Haven, our community) are operated by LEYD Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.
For data protection law, LEYD Ltd is the "data controller" — the one responsible for looking after your information.
We're a real UK company called LEYD Ltd, and the buck for your data stops with us.
We collect what you type in, what you buy, and how you use the site. We never see your full card number — that goes straight to the payment company.
| What we do | Why (legal basis) |
|---|---|
| Deliver your programmes, community access, and purchases | Performing our contract with you |
| Send your quiz results and the resources you asked for | Performing our contract / your consent |
| Send helpful emails and offers (you can opt out anytime) | Your consent, or legitimate interest for existing customers |
| Personalise your quiz results and emails based on your archetype and answers | Legitimate interest — making our content actually useful to you |
| Keep the site secure, fix bugs, prevent fraud | Legitimate interest / legal obligation |
| Keep tax and accounting records | Legal obligation |
We use your info to give you what you signed up for, make it fit you better, and stay on the right side of the law. That's it.
When you take the Dream Reality Assessment, your answers are used to work out your Dream Morpher archetype and tailor the results, resources, and emails you receive. We may use trusted AI tools (such as Anthropic's Claude) to help generate your personalised results from your quiz answers.
Two honest promises about this:
Sometimes a smart computer helps us write your results so they fit you, not a crowd. It helps us serve you — it doesn't judge you or learn from you.
We never sell your personal data. Full stop. We share it only with trusted services that help us run Dream Materia:
| Service | What they do for us |
|---|---|
| ClickFunnels | Hosts our website, funnels, email, and CRM |
| Payments AI, Stripe & PayPal | Processes payments securely |
| Circle | Hosts the Dream Haven community (planned platform) |
| Dreamly (dreamly-p.com, built on Voomly) | Hosts our programme videos |
| Anthropic (Claude) | AI personalisation of quiz results (see section 4) |
| Automation tools (e.g. Zapier / Make) | Move data between the systems above so things arrive when they should |
| Analytics & advertising (e.g. Google, Meta) | Help us understand what's working and reach people who'd benefit — only with your cookie consent |
We may also share information if the law genuinely requires it, or as part of a business sale or restructure (in which case this policy still protects you).
We don't sell your data. Ever. We only share it with the tools that make the lights come on.
We're a UK company serving Dream Morphers worldwide, and some of our service providers (like ClickFunnels and Anthropic) are based in the United States. When your data leaves the UK, we make sure it's protected by appropriate safeguards — such as the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, UK International Data Transfer Agreements, or Standard Contractual Clauses.
Some of our tools live in America. Your data travels with a legal seatbelt on.
We keep things as long as they're useful or legally required — then they go.
Cookies are small files that remember things — like keeping you logged in, or telling us which pages helped people most. We use:
You can manage or withdraw cookie consent anytime through our cookie banner or your browser settings.
Cookies are the site's short-term memory. You choose which kinds are allowed.
Wherever you are in the world, we extend these rights to you. If you're in the UK or EU, they're guaranteed by law (UK GDPR / GDPR):
To use any of these, email support@lloyd-k.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. We'll respond within one month. If you're a California resident, you have similar rights under the CCPA/CPRA — and since we don't sell or share personal data for cross-context advertising beyond your cookie choices, there's nothing to opt out of beyond those choices.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled something, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk — though we'd love the chance to fix it first.
Your data belongs to you. Ask to see it, fix it, or delete it — one email is all it takes.
Our emails exist to help you morph dreams into reality — practical lessons, honest updates, and occasional offers. Every single one has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it once and you're out, no guilt trips, no "are you sure?" mazes.
Don't want our emails? One click and they stop.
Our programmes, community, and website are designed for adults aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us their details, email us and we'll delete them promptly.
We use reputable, security-focused platforms, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access controls to protect your data. No system on Earth is 100% breach-proof, but we take this seriously and will notify you and the ICO if a breach ever puts your rights at risk, as the law requires.
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you by email or a notice on the site. The current version always lives at lloyd-k.com/policies.
Email support@lloyd-k.com — a real human (usually Lloyd) reads every message. We typically reply within 1–2 business days.
