The ground rules for using lloyd-k.com, joining Dream Haven, and taking our programmes. Written to be clear and fair — not to hide traps in the small print.
These terms are an agreement between you and LEYD Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 14903887, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ), trading as Dream Materia and Lloyd K at lloyd-k.com. When we say "we," "us," or "Lloyd K," we mean LEYD Ltd.
By using this website, joining our community, or purchasing anything from us, you're agreeing to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you don't agree, that's okay — but please don't use the site or make a purchase.
Using this site or buying from us means you accept these rules. They exist to keep things fair for everyone.
You must be at least 18 years old to buy our programmes, join Dream Haven, or subscribe to our emails. By purchasing, you confirm you're 18+ and able to enter a legal agreement.
Dream Materia provides personal development and entrepreneurship education, built on the 9-Step Dream Actualization Method. Depending on what's live at any given time, this includes:
Physical merchandise is sold separately through Somnia Merx (somniamerx.com) under its own terms, and the Dream Journal is sold through Amazon under Amazon's terms.
We sell education and community. Books and merch are sold through Amazon and Somnia Merx, which have their own rules.
Everything we offer is educational. We teach principles, systems, and practices. We do not — and legally cannot — promise you any particular result, income, or business outcome.
As Lloyd says in the programmes themselves: "nobody can tell you what you'll earn — and nobody honest will try."
Your results depend on your effort, your circumstances, your consistency, and factors nobody controls. Any examples we show are illustrations of how a principle works — they are not typical results and not predictions of yours.
Nothing we provide is financial, legal, tax, medical, or mental-health advice. For decisions in those areas, please consult a qualified professional who knows your situation.
We teach. You do the work. Nobody can promise what will happen — and we won't pretend otherwise.
Prices are in dollars. Payment plans are a promise to pay the whole amount, just in pieces.
Dream Haven paid memberships are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until you cancel. Before you subscribe, the price, billing frequency, and renewal terms are shown clearly at checkout. Here's how cancelling works:
Memberships renew each month until you cancel. Cancelling takes one email or one click, and you keep access until your month ends.
Everything we create — the 9-Step Dream Actualization Method, lessons, scripts, workbooks, the Dream Vault, videos, designs, and brand names including Dream Materia, Dream Haven, Dream Morphers, and Somnia Merx — is the intellectual property of LEYD Ltd or its licensors.
When you buy a programme, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own growth. You may not:
You're always welcome to share what you're learning in your own words, credit us, and gift the free resources far and wide — that's the whole point of the "keep one, gift three" Dream Cards.
Your purchase is for you. Share the ideas and the free stuff generously — just don't give away or resell the paid materials.
Dream Haven works because people show up honestly. When you post in our community, you keep ownership of what you write, but you give us permission to display it within the community so others can see it. If we'd ever like to use something you shared in our marketing (like a testimonial), we'll ask for your written permission first — always.
House rules, whatever tier you're in:
We may remove content or suspend/remove members who break these rules. For serious or repeated breaches, removal can be without refund of the current billing period.
Be the kind of person you'd want in your corner. Break the rules badly and you're out.
We follow FTC (US) and ASA/CAP (UK) advertising standards, which for you means:
What we say in our marketing is true, or we don't say it.
Our full Refund Policy has the details, but the short version: free things need no refund; self-paced programmes come with a 14-day money-back guarantee; cohort and coaching programmes have clear, do-the-work guarantees; and paid Dream Haven memberships carry a 30-day first-payment guarantee plus cancel-anytime billing. Your statutory rights (including UK/EU 14-day cancellation rights) are never reduced by our policies.
We use platforms like ClickFunnels, Circle, Dreamly, and payment processors to deliver our services, and we sometimes link to other websites and tools. Those platforms have their own terms, and we're not responsible for their content or how they operate. Where we recommend a tool inside a programme, it's an educational suggestion, not an endorsement guarantee — and if a link is ever an affiliate link, we'll say so.
We work hard to keep everything running smoothly, but we can't guarantee the site or services will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows:
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or anything else that cannot legally be limited — and nothing here reduces your statutory consumer rights in your country of residence.
If something genuinely goes wrong on our side, we'll make it right up to what you paid us. We can't insure your business decisions — those are yours.
You can stop using our services anytime (see section 6 for memberships). We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms, misuse our content, or abuse our team or community. If we ever discontinue a product you've paid for, we'll give reasonable notice and a fair remedy.
We may update these terms as the business grows. The date at the top always shows the current version, and significant changes affecting existing purchases or memberships will be announced by email before they take effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales — except that if you're a consumer, you always keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country you live in, and you may bring a claim in your local courts where the law gives you that right.
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and the specific details on the sales page of anything you buy, are the whole agreement between us. If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.
We wrote these terms to be understood, not to trick anyone. If anything here is unclear, email support@lloyd-k.com and ask — a real human will explain it in plain words.
Dreams will not die on our watch. But they do come with terms and conditions. 😉
